Its blend of wetting agents and inhibitors enhances acid performance, allowing it to remove buildup from surfaces like painted metal, brass, rubber, and glass—without excessive corrosion risk.

Joy 200 is ideal for removing mortar and concrete residues from tools and ready-mix equipment, as well as descaling boilers, heat exchangers, water pipes, and conditioning towers. The “With Inhibitor” formula provides an added layer of safety for metals and coated surfaces while maintaining full acid strength.

Directions for Use:

1. Dilute Joy 200 with up to 20 parts water, depending on soil level and buildup.

4. For heat exchanger or system cleaning, circulate solution as directed until buildup is removed.
