Neutral-Q is a neutral pH, hospital-grade disinfectant cleaner and deodorant designed for general cleaning, disinfecting, deodorizing, and controlling mold and mildew on hard, non-porous, non-food contact surfaces. It cleans and disinfects in one labor-saving step and is formulated to maintain high gloss floor finishes without dulling with repeated use. Neutral-Q is effective against a broad spectrum of bacteria, fungi, and viruses, including SARS-CoV-2 with appropriate contact time.

Directions for Use

  1. Pre-Cleaning: Remove heavy soil and gross filth before disinfecting.

  2. General Disinfecting & Cleaning: Mix Neutral-Q at 2 ounces per gallon of water (1:64). Apply with a mop, cloth, sponge, or mechanical sprayer. For sprayer use, spray 6–8 inches from the surface and do not breathe spray mist.

  3. Contact Time:

    • For broad virus protection including SARS-CoV-2, keep the surface visibly wet for 2 minutes.

    • For other bacteria/fungi/virus kill claims, maintain wetness for 10 minutes.

  4. Post-Application: Wipe dry or allow to air dry. Rinsing of floors is not necessary unless waxing or polishing.

  5. Daily Use: Prepare a fresh solution daily or when visibly dirty.

  6. Special Uses: Repeat applications for mold/mildew control or deodorization as needed; for surface deodorizing only, product may be diluted in lower concentrations.

Cautions

  • Danger: Causes serious eye damage and skin irritation.

  • Toxic to aquatic life; avoid release to waterways.

  • Follow all federal, state, and local regulations for disposal of unused product and container.

First Aid Procedures

  • Eyes: Immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Seek medical attention.

  • Skin: Wash affected skin thoroughly with soap and water. Remove contaminated clothing and wash before reuse.

  • Inhalation: Move person to fresh air if breathing is difficult.

  • Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Rinse mouth and seek medical advice immediately.
