Joy 100 combines strong acid performance with advanced inhibitors to safely dissolve excess concrete, lime, and mineral deposits from a variety of surfaces. It’s particularly effective for removing hardened concrete and mortar from construction tools and equipment, and for eliminating lime and calcium buildup in boilers, heat exchangers, and water systems.

Formulated with safe wetting agents and corrosion inhibitors, Joy 100 enhances acid penetration without damaging most surfaces when used as directed. It’s suitable for use on painted surfaces, plastics, rubber, glass, copper, and brass, but should not be used on concrete, magnesium, chrome, aluminum, or galvanized metal.

Directions for Use:

1. Dilute Joy 100 with up to 20 parts water, depending on the degree of buildup.

2. Apply using a brush, pump sprayer, or immersion system.

3. Allow sufficient contact time for material to dissolve, typically 3–10 minutes.

4. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.

5. Repeat if necessary for heavy deposits.
